Just finished attending Ace Ed Venture's Financial Education class conducted by our dear Teacher Anne. Indeed, I learned a lot from that short and sweet lesson about getting rich and how to think like a rich.
Yeah, wanna be rich? Well, who does not?
Then the thumb of the rule is by investment and gaining passive income.
And, dear friends, real estates and properties can never go wrong. It is a recession proof investment. Unlike the share market which fluctuates, up and down, and it may be just your unlucky day, *poooff* everything's gone in a blink of eye.
But, by buying landed properties, condominiums, real estates, no matter how bad is the recession, inflation or whatsoever economy crisis that come crashing, your investment will only keep going up and not down. That's why people say : REAL ESTATES RICHES (:

He bought the most expensive home in US and it was not for his own luxurious stay! He bought it for INVESTMENT and sold it for a whooping $ 125 million.

Are You Good Enough?
Always feel that you're jerk who's good for nothing?
No aim and purpose in life?
Always wonder how you're gonna get through the day when you wake up in the morning?
Do you feel uncomfortable being around friends who have achieved more than you?
Then :
Stop self-pitying yourself. Nobody's gonna help you, but yourself!
In life, there's always a bright side for every misery. Constantly improve yourself and rejuvenate whenever you need.
Get a cuppa Starbucks to reward yourself after a long day of work or go for a relaxing swim during the weekends.
Grab a motivation self help book or pamper yourself with a shopping spreee (:
Slow down your pace when you feel tired. Then.. start your journey again.
Anything. Just as long as you will always move upwards and don't give up when you slide back. Learning is a lifetime process and the sky's the limit. Absorb as much as you can along the way and learn, learn, learn!
